Buckner Custom Calls

This is one of Michael Buckner's purr box call.  This is one of the last of the purr calls ever made in the "box" style.  This call is made of cedar and plays just like a slate pot call.  The call fits into the palm of your hand perfect and gives off a much softer call than a normal pot call.  This call is perfect for that bird that is "hung up" and does not want to come in those last few yards.

Much like Michael Buckner's original purr call, this purr pot is very effective for bringing that old stubborn Tom in the last few yards so you can have a successful hunt.  This call is held and played just like a pot call and it produces a very soft sound, almost as if the hen is walking away and entices the Tom to chase after her.
